During my recent visit to Delta Nature, I found a refreshing retreat away from the bustling charm of NYC. As an avid marathon runner, I thoroughly appreciated the location's serene atmosphere, ideal for unwinding after a morning jog along the picturesque trails. Dining at the Club was a memorable experience. The elegant setting, complemented by stunning panoramic views of the surrounding wilderness, immediately caught my attention. The cosmopolitan menu showcased an impressive array of dishes centered around the freshest local ingredients. I particularly enjoyed the delicate poached fish alongside fragrant rice-clearly a testament to the local culinary talents. While breakfast options were limited, the quality and presentation remained high. It was refreshing to sit down to a meal with views of the ducks and swans nesting in the foliage nearby, a vivid reminder of the beauty surrounding us. With various fishing spots accessible from both land and boat, I couldn't resist some time by the water, casting a line just as the sun dipped below the horizon. Delta Nature is an unpolished gem, yet the genuine hospitality offered by the staff, alongside the culinary delights, beckons a return visit-especially for lovers of food and nature.
